WANTED - Examples of Proposals Selling SEO Services - $3 each unique sample

I'm in the process of updating the contents of our SEO proposals for corporate customers and I'm interested to see how other SEO companies and consultants do it so I can get some ideas on how our proposals could improve.

I'm not going to steal the content, just get some ideas on sections, layout, guarantees and graphics.
