Wanted Designer /coder to design sites .

i need some web designers to design and code few simple sites for me .

My requirements:
You must be able to DESIGN and CODE a valid XHTML/CSS WordPress theme.
I must have FULL RIGHTS to the theme.
I must get the PSD and all the theme's files.
You must have a portfolio.

 

I can Design but do not code.
You get full rights and PSD
