Wanted, CSS/HTML Coder

    I'm looking for a fairly competent CSS and HTML coder to help me complete some work on a new site. It'll basicly involve creating some header and footer files that are used on the main site inside scripts such as PHPLD, VBulletin and Wordpress. Experience of each is a bonus, though it should be fairly easy work for a competent coder.

    Please PM me for clarification of the project and to negotiate a price.
