Wanted: Convert html design to Wordpress (PSD available)

    Hi,
    I am looking for someone to convert a html design to a Wordpress theme.
    Design is very straight, have posted a sample here:

    (modified a bit to avoid abuse)

    header

    editable area

    footer
    -------

    Along with a background image.
    PSD files available.

    I want the standard page list menu at the right side.

    Please quote me a price and url to some samples you have converted before. :)
