[WANTED] China Traffic

I know everyone has it and nobody pays for it. I'm looking to buy China popups. I preffer one person to deal with who can give me a lot of traffic, rather then a lot of people who can give me little traffic.

I'm looking for China pops for next week and am looking to buy around a million popups. If you put up banners thats fine but I'm paying based on 1000 hits, so rate will be per 1,000 clicks not impressions.

I can pay with PayPal 7 days after the end of the campaign.

If you can send me this many popups within next week, please post here or PM me. Please include the amount of traffic you have and the price that you want for it.
