*Wanted* Cheap Designer - 1 Page Only

    Im looking for someone to design me one page for a Template that must include a logo.

    Looking for:
    Really clean code.
    Make a lot of use of CSS.
    Speak good English.
    Can get the job done fast (only one page needed).
    Examples of past work in the travel market.
    Accept Paypal when job is complete.
    Have good Itrader feedback.

    Forgot to add I would like the template coded.

    I will show you exactly what needs to go in the design so it will be easy work for a someone who knows what they're doing.

    I don't really have any examples, but I can do it depending on how "nice" you want it for pretty cheap.

    I can do the work, but after spending much time doing hard to make a good page, if u then tell i dont liked - then what to do. we just wasted our time and money.
