I have been working freelance online for a number of years now. The first thing I want to get clear is this, I am not a cheap, foreign worker. If you want to outsource your work so that you have to pay very little for it then that's up to you. But I assure your the quality will be much lower. As the adage goes, you get what you pay for. I am an Australian, fluent English speaking current University student. I can do a range of things such as, but not limited to: Content Writing. Data Entry. Graphic Design. Script Installations. Research. I would want to make this agreement as formal as possible. To hire me as a virtual assistant I would need a steady hourly pay rate (a rate we can agree on later) and a steady work flow. I can't work full-time because of personal commitments and University. But I can work up to 15 hours per week. More if your workload is higher at the time, as long as it is discussed beforehand. I would expect to be given the shifts that I am to work and be told the basics of what I would be doing that week, before the week starts. I would prefer to work with someone from the United States, United Kingdom or Australia. But as long as you're reliable and fluent English speaking it will be fine.
