Hello, I am looking to build a small team of dedicated, reliable designers and coders to complete work when I receive an order. All work is paid on project basis and will be paid in USD on completion. I need: - Graphic Designers (Who can design, slice and code their templates that create BUT they have to be w3c compliant) // ALSO looking for mascot designers! - Coders (Experienced is important - HTML/XHTML, Javascript, PHP, MySQL etc) For example - Online shops, Capture pages, etc - CMS (If you know your way around CMS packages that is great) - If you can implement templates into Forums, Wordpress etc that is a BIG plus - You need to be able to understand and type ENGLISH as unfortunately I cannot speak a foreign language.
