    With a Header Designing. Ive got a Pic i want included in the header

    Very plain and basic design. Paypal waiting

    I would love to help you out. It sounds like you have a header that you want included into a basic 2 column theme. I can either insert this for you into a theme you have or I can design a theme for you with the colors that you want, etc.
