I'm in the process of developing the reward system for editors. Could be between 10% - 25% rev share. Future admins will be able to negotiate for rev share across the entire site. Submission, submission, submission... back linking from pages other than SE's and Directories. And a little bit of traffic generated by advertising where I see fit and not a waste of money.
I think the idea is great! However having Wikipedia as competitor doesn't sound good in business terms. You need an extra spark to be successful. How about, I don't know... a funnier wiki than Wikipedia? I'd help you with the advertising as much as I could if I saw some potential. Even had this idea to become an editor or a poster, but I have little spare time to be honest. Anyhow, I like this. Good luck
