Wanted: Are there no real websites with adsense earnings?

I am very serious and interested in buying a real website that has adsense earnings around low $*** per month. My target niche includes (but is not limited to):

bodybuilding/fitness
loans/credit

I will be interested in referrer stats as well. Please PM with your sites. I am only looking for 1 or 2 sites. Budget: mid $xxx - low $x,xxx

 

If you are interested I have established (about 10-12 months online) sites that could be purchased for about 20 months revenue...I have so many sites that some are getting neglected and money is going down.

Could be revived with a little marketing basics.

 

I have a real estate directory, rather 2 of them, and making a lil bit of money, let's talk.

 

I have a site that has been online for 3+ years and is making $150-200 a month. I would sell it for 18-20 months income. Let me know.

 

If you can approx tell your budget perhaps it would be better...

 

He states his budget in his first post. mid $xxx ($500) to low $xxxx ($1,000) for sites making low xxx ($100) per month.
