I have a site that is around 2 years old and currently gets around 2700 hits a day makes anywhere from 150-250 month with adsense and 25-50 with adtoll and 50-70 with adbrite all monthly and has been for over a year. made 35 in 5 days this month with adversal but pulled them due to complaints about the popups Its a custom design and a licensed script also has a email list of 1030 people all who have signed up used the site. this site was under 100k in Alexa naturally before I was banned from DP. I lost all the backlinks to the site and it seemed to coincide with the ban a month later traffic feel off. It is steadily climbing again. I have had several people give a vague idea of its worth but would like a well formed educated estimate what I should start at and settle for on this site. The site is the first link in my signature.
I think there are no educated appraisers posting in this forum I'm afraid If you want you proxy website appraised, you should mention not only the income but also the expenses (proxy sites usually require expensive hosting)
