I have an 'urgent' need to enhance a MODification on my phpBB forum and turn it around from simply being a MySQL/PHP SEARCH feature to an AJAX Search Feature. 2 examples are: here and here I really want this for my site ASAP and I will need the developer I work with to speak and understand English, to have either MSN/AIM and to hold a PayPal account.
