Hi, Im in the process of starting up an IT Training / E-Learning Company. I require a talented individual who can develop Flash and Action Script 3 to a very high standard. I am in the process of trying to get investment in the project. So you will either be paid for the work at the end of the project OR if we can agree, you will get a % of profits for each lab sold until you reach full payment. Of course, you will get a bonus for working with me in this arrangement. This potentially could be a LONG and worthwhile PARTNERSHIP. I require labs in Vista, Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Visio), Windows 2003 Server, Windows 2008 Server, ISA Server 2006, SQL 2005/08, RedHat Server and loads of other things. Get it right and you'll have alot of work and I like to pay for good quality. I am looking for someone to provide a web based simulation of an operating system or application, which allows the user a near correct representation of the operating system (as much as possible) and / or the application. Which is accessible via the browser. I have uploaded 3 movies to rapidshare and there is an attached screenshot. To aid the understanding of the requirements. For example, the Student may need to understand how to add a user to Windows 2003 Active Directory. Movie1.swf - This tells the user how to add a user to active directory. Movie2.swf - This gives you an idea, of how a simulated operating system can give the Student Freedom to move around the simulated lab. screen.jpg - This shows the inital screen. The lab and the objectives that are needed to be completed. Movie3.swf - This is the lab, that is available to the Student. The Student then follows the lab as best as they can. At 01:35 the simulated system then checks what the Student has done. If they have completed all objectives. At 01:48 this simuated system offers an explanation of the steps needed to complete the lab. Windows Vista, Windows 2003 Server, Red Hat Enterprise Server 5.1 and various applications. 2) Various Labs for the student to complete (we will offer these at a later date). 3) A SYSTEM to keep track of what the user actually does. Then the system can compare what steps have been completed in the LAB and mark the student accordingly. 4) Expert steps to detail what has happened and to inform the Student with more information.
