Wanted a freelance programmer to work on my various sites

    Hii,
    I am looking for a programmer to work on my various sites on a part time/freelance basis.

    I own about 30 + sites in various domains. I have a team of programmers, i find, sometime work is behind schedule. I am looking for a good programmer who can work on various websites. Initailly, I want a person to work on www.VMploy.com, an employment networking site to remover certain features and add a few other features/modifications.

    I will prefer somebody from Mumbai/Chennai/Bangalore in India
