Want Visa Debit Card Withdraw Information..

I tried adding my Axis Bank Gold Debit Card with Visa logo.But Paypal denied saying :

"This credit card has been denied by the bank that issued your credit card. For details on why your card was denied, please contact your credit card issuer's customer service department. Or, you may want to try adding a different credit card."

 

You cannot add new Debit cars in your Paypal account now.

 

But my ShopSmart Standard Chartered Visa Debit Card just now got added to my paypal a/c and I have requested withdrawal also to Paypal which succeeded.The message sent by Paypal is :


"service@intl.paypal.com" to me
show details 10:42 pm (1 hour ago)

Hello -------,

On 26-Feb-2010, the credit card ending in ----- was added to your PayPal account.

yes it gets added now as well . i added two of my debit cards day before yesterday. The reason of getting added is that may be vbv is not enabled or just stuffs like that but thats just an assumption .Also you will notice a debit of rs 1.02 in you statement which i think is taken as a charge of linkage to paypal . And regrading withdrawl you will get it .. lets just hope now RBI doesnt fall behind it

But, regarding most of the VISA debit cards, they are rejected.. Just now, I tried with SBI Yuva of one of my friend, and also an AXIS Bank card..

 

Thats bcz now sbi enabled vbv for all their debit cards as well. If anybody added before they are lucky, just like me .

 

Hey guy's here is a good news:

I have withdraw $100 on my {visa} CORP DEBIT CARD on 22nd feb and i got the money in my bank account today evening below is the transaction full detail:

Withdraw $100 on my debit card less $5 paypal fee i got 4294/-Rs. in my bank account so the exchange rat is 4294/95 = 45.20 INR

Try to add your card with your paypal account if its done then you can withdraw your funds into bank account through your debit card:

How to add..?

Its simple click on withdraw option on your paypal account after that click on Withdraw funds to your card and simply add your debit card if its accepted then you can withdraw...
