Want to use different charset!

I am developing small site but I've noticed some minor problems.

I want to use iso8859-2 charset, because some of the signs I need (š, č, ž, đ, ć...) do not show right on my website, obviouslly because its using different charset.

The source code I am using can be found HERE, if it will help.

I am running on Debian and apache2. How can I solve this problem?

i couldn't be bothered signing up to a forum just to help you. basically if you want to change the charset of vbulletin there must be a charset option somewhere in the acp, i'm almost certain i have seen it before, but i don't use vbulletin so i'm not sure exactly where. you can perhaps search for iso-8859-1 in the acp anyway, then change it (p.s. i'm not saying you have edit templates, there's an actual option somewhere you can type it).
