    It may help to list your sites, just as your looking for quality directories, directories of quality also look for the quality of submission.

    I think yes..since he asked for the price. But I doubt he will submit to any directories listed or recommended here.

    Why don't you just try submitting to Dmoz... good luck getting it on there, but worth a try :)
