Hi, For last some months, I am searching a business idea but every time fail... now decide to put my problem in this forum, I hope you will help me. I want to start a new offline business in Jaipur (Rajasthan). I can also take franchise. I can invest 5-10 lac. I am looking a business like export products from Rajasthan to overseas country. Please suggest!!!
I think you've answered your own question:- It takes time & effort to establish a business, and jumping from one product or business to the next won't make you any more successful. Generally it's not what you're selling as much as how & where you market it. I'd suggest looking for a coach, someone who can guide you through the pitfalls, help with idea's and methods, and investing some time and money into educating yourself. You could be marketing the next great invention, but if you don't know how & where to sell it, you'll be no more successful that you've been up to now! Hope this helps.
Since your area of interest is in the exportation of products. Why not look out for people or a coach that is into this type of thing an learn from them or look for your niche related forums to join. I also discover that every industry has where people of like minds hang out. Search for that using the search engines and join those groups. Hope this helps
Offline business, is a venture that you need to have a heart on it. You have to do market research first if the business you are interested in is something that is feasible for a longer period of time. If you determined the two it would be easy for others to suggest what is business is better to build. Hope it helps.
Offline business can be profitable, more profitable than online business. What you have to do, you have to research first, research what products sell and don't have lots of competition. If you want to do export business, while I don't know how it's in India, but I think it would be difficult (you have to send your product, not to mention taxing, etc etc). It's better if you do it locally.
I have vast business of garments in Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai. You send me raw material I asked for from Jaipur (Rajasthan) I'm buying it. I also have another business in Kolkata of CHILLY! You know what you have to do... next! INBOX me if you are serious.
The last few months portion of your statement worries me. Business, on our off line, is not something that happens quickly. Often times, you need to make many mistakes and failures at the same business before it can prosper. Perhaps you are giving up too soon on your endeavors? Whatever you go to next find something you have passion for and stick with it for at least twice as long as any of the last things you have tried. Best of luck
I'm concerned that you are failing on your previous ventures, perhaps you're getting into something you haven't fully studied, without a definite move and don't know what will be the outcome. Try to analyze the whole situation first and then do some trials before you level it up big time
I visited Jaipur 3 times, i suggest you open a coffee shop, with some good quality, you can find plenty of information from all the last franchise available in UK/USA Cafe Coffee Day had a great success in India with average products, it is quite easy to offer a better coffee and better cookies and sweets than the 2 most active coffee chain available in India and your budget fit well for this project, the second most important thing is the design and marketing the first most important key to your success will be the choice of location; ideally close to a train station, school, university, business places,... my 2 cents Hal
I would suggest doing some research into a number of surrounding geographies that are too far away to get to easily by most people. See what unique businesses are running successfully there that you do not find in your own geography. That would be a good starting point for a successful business idea.
Well good luck for your investment and be selective in niche and don't jump from one business to the another.
what about if you do courses in business management? Surely this is a first step and can reduce your chances of failing. You mentioned franchise, these are often great as they include the training! Have you searched google for franchise opportunities available in your country? Only you know your country. You know, some people have built businesses around small ideas. Like cutting lawns, washing cars, building storage units, and I bet you could even make money with renting out tables and chairs for weddings....
The simple fact that you are asking an online forum to give you ideas for a business indicates that you should reconsider, IMHO. Running a business takes an enormous amount of energy, optimism and dedication. From what you say, it sounds like you're interested in the results rather than the business - the dream of having your own company, the dream of being the boss, the dream of making money... those are all great dreams, of course, but they won't keep you going if you're not doing something you REALLY want to do. Invest the money somewhere (low risk) and take some time to work in businesses that interest you. Once you've found something you're completely passionate about, THEN start your business. As it stands, your chances of success are very limited because your heart won't be in anything you do - it will be in the returns, and they take a while to arrive. My 2c.
Hi Tradition products are in very much demand. I suggest why not start your own websites and there you can sell traditional products and people buy online and you ship world wide you will earn a lot this way. You won't go in loss this way first upload the pictures of the products and by the response of people you will get to know which product is in more demand. You can take orders and take advance payments so there be no chance of facing loss. This is my opinion
