In 2008 I have started one blog on health care domain says careofyourhealth.blogspot.com At that time I have posted 3 post. But now I want to start regular blogging on this blog. Can please anyone help me that is my decision right? I hope this answer will help others too. Thanks in advance.

for that you have to check whether your old blog has got some backlinks or not. most probably it hasnt since you had posted only 3 posts and never posted back. but still if check for backlinks and PR of your old blog. if it has many, then keep blogging there itself else you can buy a new domain. hope that makes sense.
Old blog url will make help in any SEO ? because domain is little help in SEO that's why I will ask that.
if that is the keyword you're targeting, then yeah ofcourse it will help in seo since it is in the URL.
ok. but if you've targeting that keyword then ofcourse stick to that domain. that is my suggestion. well you can wait for SEO gurus to respond for a confirmation.
the older the domain the better. google takes that into account for seo ranking. but in most cases I would say the keyword outranks the domain age, so the best bet would probably be a fresh blog.
