Want to Start Again... Possible?

    I was a noob back then before 2 years.. i created a website and applied adsense in it ... the adsense acc was on my dads name .. i earned a few bucks by clix exchange and now that the website is down and the acc banned(coz of clix exchange)... i want to start again... is it possible to create a new one under my name ( am 18 now) ????? :)

    Yea you can get a new account with new site, new payee address and new IP but make sure you dont exchange clicks this time :)
