Selling want to sell www.hxsh.net

Hey guys.. I want to sell my blog www.hxsh.net..
I cant afford to host it since I dont have any cash right now..


The monthly revenue seems a bit low because I didn't add adsense till later.. but I've added a screenshot anyways..

For traffic proof, I can show you the awstats if anyone can teach me how to create a direct link to them.. and I dint analytics to speed up the G indexing process...

I'd be glad to answer to any queries you may have but please don't post and try to haggle.. Bid whatever you think the site is worth.. I have set my reserve and if I like you I may sell it for lower than that..

Oh and BTW if this sells for more that 20.. I'd also teach the buyer how to create sites like these in less than 3 hours(If he wants to, Of course)... I know it's not rocket science but just and added incentive..
