    I would like to sell my website http://www.taotantra.com/

    Site is new and I did not have enough time to do any link building for it. Want to sell it becouse I do not have enough time.

    You will get site and domain name of course

    Here are searches PER DAY for keywords "tao tantra": 2,433

    Competition for exact search is only 23,600! Poor competition!

    All content on the site is unique (no content added in yoga and sex section yet; there are many sources on the internet, so this should not be hard to do). CMS is Joomla and design is from rockettheme.

    Only few visitors (like 100) and more or less no revenue.

    What did you sign up for.
    Can it be transferred or is it included in the price

    there is no hosting included. Hosting is minmum. Just one mysql and few MB of space.

    Very cheap. You can leave it on my host for 10 extra bucks per year.
