These leapfish "appraisals" are a joke, using something like that as a USP in a thread like this is even insultung. But the domain is kinda nice, good luck with the sale.

There aren't any good free appraisals, it's as simple as that. These tools look at the extension, whether it's a key or not and the lenght of the domain, they mix it up and spit out some bs value. These things are nice to get rid of a domain on ebay or something, there's always someone falling for it.

Would you buy xqsw.com for $12,950? That's the value of it according to leapfish.

You have a feeling with a certain domain or you don't.

Joking aside, you should mention PR and backlinks etc.. this domain has 185 in Yahoo, AltaVista and AllTheWeb and 3 in google, thats what grabs people attention
