    They have built-in dating sites list http://www.livedating.me/en/main/cat to promote it for SEO, and Affiliate Program (http://aff.LiveDateSearch.com)

    Also they have satellite websites:

    http://www.kiskis.net (mailing list for promotion of main sites)
    http://www.top4date.com (rating of dating sites)
    http://forum.livedatesearch.com
    http://blog.livedatesearch.com
    http://www.virtual-date-now.com

    Benefits:
    - unique scam detection features
    - live chat
    - good reputation on the web, especially livedatesearch.com
    - own script and framework (php/innodb)
    - proven support workflow (new profiles moderation tools etc.)

    They have about only 2k unique visitors/day in total.
    But this number of visitors generates around $2500 per month from Adsense and banner spots (I can provide statements to proove)
    Putting more traffic would result in proportionally higher revenue.
    Num of daily visitors is growing but slowly.

    The reason is that I'm going out of online dating business to focus on real-estate business (my company is www.miraline.com).

    I'm looking for the price that would pay back to new owner in 2-3 years.
    Also I'm considering partial sale, i.e. partner/investor.
