I wish to sell my classified ads website about London: www.londonukclassifieds.com

The site is new but has already 1,800 active ads and more ads (10 to 20 on average) are posted every day.

Asking price is £800.

For the last three weeks, with no promotion at all (traffic all organic), it received 1,109 visits, and had 4,410 pages viewed (screenshots of Google Analytics available on request) .

The site has already (in three weeks) generated £55 in Paid Ads.

I believe with some promotion you can easily kick the site off and start earning much more money. From the admin panel you can activate the following monetization features:

1/ Pay-per-ad system. You charge users to post ads on your website.
2/ Adsense. Relevant Google ads are automatically displayed on the homepage and on every ad/listing pages.
3/ Top ads. Users pay to post ads in a special section at the top of a category and subcategory pages.
4/ Homepage Gallery. Users pay to post ads in a special section at the top of the homepage.
5/ Banners. You can add banners to the homepage, and on every ad/list page.

Nice stats, but one question here. This website was launched on December 06, 2012, how did you get that much traffic and postings with in less then a month?

This is TitanClassifieds.com script and I have it for sale for $80 (developer version) - legit copy. I bought if for something else and am going to a custom programmed site.
