Traffic: Not too much now, about 20~50 unique visitors/day but will easily get traffic from blogsearch.google.com when a new entry is post.

Sorry for any inconvenience but SMight is the first guy that PM me. It's not an auction so I decide to sell my blog to SMight for $30. If, SMight give it up, and then I will contact mike_sun. Sorry for my mistake.

 

SMight advanced the BIN with $5, Now I am willing to increase the BIN to $40.
WTH, is this service thread is all about.
I claimed it sold wasted my 2 hours, PM him as well, He replied after getting $5 advanced to his BIN price. Wondering is BIN really stand for Buy It Now or Bid Increment Now.
If i don't OP isn't gonna sell this to me, I will complain it to mods, for sure.

I think he is right.
Since the OP did not mandate a PM for indicating the willingness for buying it at the BIN cost, mike_sun should have been given the first option of purchase, even though SMight was the first to send a PM.
mike_sun, SMight, and myself should get the option of purchasing at $30 in this order, since it is not an auction type sale.

But all said, the final decision would naturally lie with Greyhound since it is he who is the seller.

 

I really don't know how to say it. Here's the detail:

4:06 am SMight PMed me that he is willing to buy my blog, and I replied him my traffic detail.
5:06 am SMight accept my deal for $30 and told me that he will send me the payment via paypal tomorrow.
5:19 am I received a PM from mike_sun that he is also willing to buy my blog. I told him for sorry but I have sold it to another guy.
I didn't check this thread for hours so I really don't know mike_sun had set a BIN here.
Since i posted before, I just want a quick sale, or my blog will be expired soon. I didn't set an auction for it, so i don't want any extra cash for my blog. It's fixed #30.
Yes i know i might miss something here so i PMed mike_sun for forgiveness. But I have sold my blog, how can I get it back and sell the blog again?

It would have been much better if you could have watched both the thread and inbox simultaneously, but whatever done cannot be undone now.

If possible, you can offer some other site to mike_sun. Otherwise, there is no option left now. Sales once done cannot be taken back.
I had checked the site, it did have some decent SEO rankings.

 

It's my mistake but as you said, things can't be undo so I PMed mike_sun about it. Hope he will forgive me.

I guess, the seller set the BIN, becomes greedy about the money now. I am offering $70, hows that man? I never ever had such experience before working on DP.
