Any images you will ever find on my sites are either 100% original or are from stock images sites that I have permission to use! BIG DIFFERANCE!

This is a marketing campaign? I've randomly uploaded music videos I liked and got twice the views you have. This isn't a big secret or method, you're just using other people's work to get views. woo hoo. magical.

yenerich, I'm sorry but you are claiming to be the owner of the video. When you agree to youtubes terms of service you are claiming to be the author or the having the rights to distribute the material. I don't know what country you live in but in America that is a crime. If someone pressed charges it wouldn't be against youtube, it would be against you. When you click accept (TOS) your agreeing to this. I know this because I myself have taken action against people putting my work on youtube, and yes it does hurt the real owner when its not them that is getting the financial benefits.

Thats not true and you know it.

Also your cero traffic site claiming to be an expert who delivers ebooks written by you, asking poeple their emails... common!

    ------------------

Its looks like being succesfully hurts many people, specially experts with no or low traffic.

Just forget it i will delete or at least forget this thread.
Do not expect more answers from my side.

A few silly comments in this thread.

Firstly, that video yenerich linked to has been up since 2006 and has had 15,342,716 views. If there was a real copyright violation issue, the video would have been yanked by YouTube long ago.

Secondly - IT'S AN AD!! Advertisers pay big money to get their ads spread virally across the internet. They're not going to have any issue at all about their ad getting seen 15,342,716 times due to yenerich posting it. If anything, they'll be thanking him.

Thirdly, he posted 'Want to see a REAL SUCCESSFUL Youtube marketing campaign? This is mine:'. It's ridiculously clear that he's talking about the marketing campaign being his, rather than the video being his. You would have to have grey matter dribbling out your ears to think otherwise.

I find it somewhat silly that Kev, who has the most plus rep of anyone in this thread, has gone the furtherest out of his way to derail what started out as an informative thread on how to use Youtube videos for effective marketing. I think that if you want to hold on to that plus rep, Kev, you need to pull your head in a bit.

Thank you Bill. You hit the nail on the head. I could not have said it better myself.

I must have missed that. Where does it state that?

Do you realize how many videos are posted that aren't ours? Do you???

Speaking of, um, pirating, go to http://thelist.fm/formen/ and look a little ways down to see a Coke video.

    Uh-oh! I'm a baaaaaaad boy!

I do hope Coke doesn't mind.

Really original comeback. I happen to have a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (Finance) but that's besides the point.

Here's the issue I have with this thread. I don't care that you stole someone else's content and posted it on YouTube. Yeah, it might be against the rules but everyone else does it anyway. My issue is that you are trying to brag about how smart you are and how well this campaign has worked, but you haven't addressed the most important points:

    1) How much extra traffic has this generated to your sites?
    2) How much revenue has it made you?

I don't care how many links you got from people favoring the videos - traffic and ultimately revenue is all that matters. That's why I said you aren't nearly as smart as you think you are.

    What dofollow links?

Youtube is all nofollow, even websites listed on user profiles.

Ug..... Youtube users have the right to use that content... Youtube has a partnership with the record label. My videos do fit under the TOS. As all the other songs in my videos I have either recived permission from the lable or youtubes partnerships cover my usage.

EDIT: I'm no longer taking part in this flame war
On topic: Congrats on your achivement....

Is there any way to ask moderators to come and close this thread please?

I dont know why some people feel free to come here and spit, no matter they are talking about nothing. Like this as an example:

Just go to youtube and follow any of the thousands of sites that show the video, like this one.
    http://popdup.com/videos/view/YouTube_Banned_Commercial_Condoms

And check if it no follow or dofollow.

Why people get angry because i came and without trying to get any profit from this, try to inform about a way i found to get more than 80k incomings links?

I really can't understand it... or maybe yes.

If anybody follow my posts in this forum, will notice that i code applications and give it for free to the users of the forum. In the same way try to share some info i had.
Don't tell me that is being half intelligent to find a way to get thousand of free dofollow backlinks, when poeple here PAYS for a few!

Maybe my mistake was not trying to sell them a scammy ebook...

However, if there is any way to ask moderator to close this thread because it really annoying to read people saying whatever they want and feel free to do it... moderators please CLOSE THIS THREAD. Thanks.
