Currently my website is built with css and div tags, Im wanting to rebuild the whole website with the same exact file structure and content but there is a chance that it will consist of table like structure....Will this hurt my ranking and should I just stay with what I have.

How would you suggest going about this?

You're going from Div / CSS to tables !?!!?! What about title, meta, onpage keywords, urls, etc?

It's really page specific, but if you do everything correctly, you shouldnt have any problems.

Im using the same content same layout..... all I changed is that My titles are dynamic..basically defined as a variable on the page..... and im using header and footers files....so technically it shouldnt affect my ranking..
