Want to purchase something from this forum by paypal but I am indian

    I want to purchase coupons from this forum . The seller is selling it by PayPal. But I am Indian and don't have CC or VCC . So how can i purchase it? Amount is too low about 5$. Please help me .

    Then its tough to buy since you got no CC. Its better you ask any of your friend having cc to buy it for you.

    What are you planning to buy?

    If it's domain name and hosting, then you can use Indian bank transfer (hostgator.in) or there are some web hosts that can help you out.
    If it's physical item, then try Flipkart
