Want to make website (PLEASE HELP ME OUT)

hi..!
I want to make software downloading website I just want to know what a software downloading website should have

I have already seen filehippo.com, brothersoft.com, download.com

Can u please suggest me what should a design a software website have to keep user interative

I forget to mention I already owned filetoss.com and want to redesign it to make it user friendly

Well, brother you should aware about web development which is a little bit different from web design. now a days web development is not a tough challenge, and hope so you can easily understand the concepts.
After that there are many CMS available for downloading. Use any of them. and That's all.

If you don't want to do web design from scratch for a while, use a website builder like Wordpress, secure it, and add plugins to control the downloading of files. Simple and easy to use.
