Hi all, I want to open small office and find 3 more people to work for me. I have million questions and would like to find some guide / book about that. - how to make good ad to find workers - how to organize interview for job - to choose young people that are motivated but dont have expirience and want to work for less money or to find people with expirience and go in minus first few months for their salary - how to motivate people to work - how to build relationship with them .... I think that most of my questions are about human resourcing. Is it right word? I'm not familiar with business. Can you suggest me some good book? Thanks, Nikola
