    Hi guys,

We have hired a blogger who is supposed to be paid $40 (more than that in future).

    No credit card.

What we are thinking to do is.....

    >> Ask him to generate $40 paypal button and make payment using netsafe HDFC card (exactly like credit card).
    OR
    >> I generate $40 paypal button and get that amount in my paypal account and then transfer to his paypal account.

What do you think is feasible option? how much charges( or anything) will be deducted for each option?

    thanks.

I use PayPal to pay my contractors and I use "Mass Pay." It charges $1 in fees and it's straightforward to use.

Well I don't think netsafe cards work any more with PayPal, I have tried on couple of occasions but failed. You need to have either PayPal funds or credit card attached to it.

    Thanks
