    saw TOS from Shawn long back.... Changing user names not allowed as they use heavy SQL query .... he will only help you out if you have some solid reason like your user name was on the name of your old company name of website and you sold that company or user name ... or some copyright issue ... so i don't think you can get any help regarding this... ;)
