well, twitter is a very simple BUT difficult page... know what i mean? well it works like this: user 1 tweet something, user 2 retweet this tweet (means his followers will see this tweet too) user 3 mention you: hey @user1 do you remember last year when we do something like that? user 1 answers @user3 sure, i do... and you will creat a conversation with in seconds... then follow people you like, block people you dislike or spam, and it's very easy just tweet and you will find sense to twitter, regards
