    Through forums? Be helpful to others and make lot of useful posts with forum signature link. If people like you then they probably visit your website too.

    Simple, do your site more and more visible by making replys, post something helpful to others and make connection.. I am not sure it will give you 1000 visitors, but sure to devlope some new visitors..
