Want to know How long should the page content

Hi,

I want to know How long should the content on home page. Actually I have a site http://www.qwertyc.com and here no specific or enough content that is negative point of my site thats why I am asking this because i am going to add content on home page.

So please suggest me regarding this. I will wait for positive reply.

It ranges between 200-500 words, depending on your subject.
But 200 words is the minimum, to start of with. And the content must be rich
in knowledge, making your site readers wanting to read more articles from your
site.
This is very very important

The "standard" is over 500 words these days, but consistently posting 450-600 word articles will get you flagged. It's crazy, but it's happened to me.

The search engines totally know people write 400-600 word articles usually and that's become the standard.

How to be more natural? By forcing yourself to seem natural (which is unnatural...but that's what search engines want I guess...)

Write the usual 600 word articles.
Write a few 200-300 blurbs.
Have a few massive 1000-2000 word articles.

My suggestion is to have at least 500 - 700 words on the homepage. Add some more content/information. Make a great impression with Google.

i guess it's still fine if it exceeds to 700 but not too much!
just arrange the content well!
