With IPv4 depletion, you'll find this to be much harder to find as time goes on, let alone the fact that I think some Google reps broke the myth that having separate IP's will help. Different IP or not, Google can still tell who owns the IP address, and in that case, still knows its through the same provider, regardless of how many different IP classes you use. For this you'd likely be better off buying 10 different accounts with different providers, preferably in different datacenters.

I can say that there are many web hosts offering multiple c-class IPs. Try to search them via Google.

 

I believe that it will be reasonable to widen the range of your search and compare all possible SEO hosts.

 

Getting 10 different hosting accounts on 10 servers in different data centres should be the easy solution.
