I think that online marketing is the way where the people use social networking sites to promote their business. SEO and PPC are the best example of online marketing and digital marketing. The people wee using traditional mediums like flyers, posters, brochures, banners etc. It is called offline marketing and the advertising over the Web is called online marketing.
