I was fairly small/underweight when I was around 20, but then gained a lot of weight/muscle size, despite being a very hard gainer. Just keep the following points in mind to get you in the right direction: - Hit the gym 3-4 times a week with a predefined weights program (hundreds available on bodybuilding.com forums) - Eat 4-6 evenly portioned healthy meals per day (oatmeal, chicken breast, brown rice, tuna, steak eggs etc). search online for body building meal suggestions and optimal protein/carb/fat proportions per meal. - 1-2 of the above meals could be in the form of a meal relplacement powder/or whey protein. - Drink plently of water through out the day - get atleast 6-8 hours sleep everynight - Eat a meal/MRP just before sleep (although be careful with this as it could give you a very fat gut too) Ignore the people telling you to sit around and eat Big Macs all day. If you are a very hard gainer, chances are this will do very little other than give you a fat gut.
My opinion is drink milk with honey. Honey increase your weight very fast. I also use this technique to increase my weight.

Hi James p, Here its tips for you, (1) At 11am you can much 10 to 12 almonds. (2) Even for increasing weight don’t indulge in too much Maida flour made foods. The reason being it’s hard to digest. It will increase your weight. But side by side it gives you constipation and piles. (3) Eat lots of protein rich diet. Chicken curry, fish curry are some good examples of protein rich non vegetarian diet. (4) Eat grapes for blood purification. Your body starts assimilation of nutrients well. If you want to increase weight the healthy way you really need a professional program. My cousin bought one of these internet products about eat and train and combined them with a gym membership and it worked for him. Now he's bigger but not fat.
