You need loads of back-links. Do link exchanges.

You might consider doing :

a) Link baiting; and
b) Writing long authorative posts that people can link to.

Although, Pagerank has lost it's meaning over the past few months, you can still try to submit to as many directories as you can, link exchanges, write posts to get indexed, etc. I actually wrote a short article on how you can do this but I'm not able to post the link to it lol... so, um, you can PM if you're REALLY interested in reading it.

Overall, if you get a lot of backlinks from higher PRed sites, then you should do fine.

First thing to do, index your page. :)
Second, do submit directories & make some link exchange with others.
Third, if you really want to get great PR, try to buy/find some backlink from strong PR Page. You also can use SEOQUAKE as firefox plugin to find High PR page. Good Luck!

1. Optimize your keywords. (Before spending the time to optimize your site, it's a good idea to use a program like wordtracker. Microsoft Small Business Center, or Overture to help you determine which keyword phrases have the highest search volume. That way you can make sure your efforts are spent optimizing for the right keywords.)

2. Optimize your text, specifically the first paragraph on your homepage. Make sure you choose your words wisely and try to use the some of the keywords in your first paragraph.

3. Optimize your html. (The next step is to make sure your site has the appropriate tags in the HTML code that correspond with your Web site text. Remember, the more consistent your text and HTML are, the more solid your ranking will be.)

4. Title Tag and Meta Tags: Make sure you title tag includes a marketing message. Meta tags should be implemented to, use as many keywords as you can think of, but dont repeat the same words over and over, that is a red flag for search engines.

5. Image Alt Tags: Search engines read text not graphics so this an extra bonus. Also, these are essential for accessibility standards.

6. Other ways to keep your url popular takes just plain ol' hard work: Visit sites related to your industry and post a message with your link. That is if they have a message board or forum to do so. Try becoming linked with other popular websites that offer similar services. The more outgoing links you have towards your site will definitely bring your rank up in search engines.

Good luck!

Get more backlinks and submit your link to related site. You may also try using the "link bait" and "deep link" to your blog on which you can get link from other related site and it is a natural way of link building.
