Want to hire Vbulletin expert to make modifications to theme

    I am looking for a Vbulletin expert that can make modifications to a custom theme currently installed. Basically all I need is to move the navbar that has the forum and CMS links from on top of the header to below it. Shouldn't take much time if you know what you are doing. Let me know if you can do this and how much you are asking for this task. Thanks.

    The custom theme has navbar design code same as default vb script ?
