Task: Customize all aspects of VBulletin, customize existing mods, write new mods from scratch as needed. Customize plugins such as VBAdvanced and VBSEO. (I don't need an "installer", I can do the 5min installs myself - a much higher level of expertise is required). Qualifications: Must have PHP and MySQL skills.
