Want to Hire Unique Forum Posters for a Christian forum

Ok, I'm going to be hiring anywhere from 2-4 posters for a Christian forum. Must be able to write good English and appear genuinely interested in what you're writing. Nothing negative about religion, positive posters only.

This is not your ordinary Post and Run job. Please read this post clearly as I have tried to lay out everything I am looking for, and what you will get in the process. If this works the way I plan, this will be an ongoing job for anyone that applies themselves and helps us out.

If you don't meet the guidelines or if you sign up and then don't work according to plan, your account will be banned and I will delete your posts.

I run a Christian forum, so ideally you will be a Christian or someone that is honestly looking for more information about the Christian faith. Your posts must be thought provoking and make my regular members want to join in the conversation.

I will want you to post and any and all topics, but would like you to post more frequently in the second group of forums. If I hire you, I will show you the forums I am looking for most of the post to be in.

I will pay according to how active the thread is.

• First Post: (.10) Ten cent each
• If the Thread goes over 20 replies I will pay another (.10) Ten cent.
• If the Thread goes over 50 replies I will pay another (.20) Twenty cent.
• If the Thread goes over the 100 replies I will pay another (.20) Twenty cent.

So, if you ask GOOD questions and reply as needed to make the conversation between you and my normal members flow, then you have the potential to make sixty cents per thread.

Because I am looking for GOOD posts, and the user that helps me out will make some money, I will expect GOOD posts, Good replies and no scamming.

If your post are boring, one liners, not thought provoking, don't fit with the site, then there is no need to post it. I have three moderators that will just as soon delete a bad post then let it stay. If you need an example or two with what kind of post I am expecting, then you need to ask me and I will show you some of the threads on the board.

This site is up and running and has an active base. We just need more topics to talk about and get the ball rolling faster. I am not looking to just "get the post count" up on the board. I am not looking for "fake" users. I am looking for real people with real questions and really replying to the threads they started and in turn I will pay them for GOOD work.

If this seems like a job that would suit you, message me here in this thread, or in a PM. There is a limited number of people I want to hire and I will be picky about this whole process because the terms I am offering are very fair I think.


Additional Instructions:

1. You may not start more than two threads per day
   
2. You may not post more than six posts in a single day (This rule is flexible if you're really in a conversation with someone in a topic. PM me if I need to bend this rule and we will work with it on a Per Thread basis.)
   
3. Do NOT post all in one day and then not show up on the forums for a week and post a bunch of posts etc.. What I am looking for is someone willing to put us in their book marks and visit us like any other "normal" site and be a member of this site while you're being paid.
   
4. I am not setting a word count per post, but will be watching for useless posts.
   
5. Please stay on topic, be creative and original, and ABSOLUTELY NO SPAM
   
6. Do not mention Digital Point or anything about payment in the forum. Any questions about this assignment should be posted in this thread only.
   
7. If you are hired, please PM me your user name and PayPal payment address for prompt payment and itrader rating.

I'm a Christian and have a lots of time since I'm a blogger. Let me know if I'm qualified. And by the way, I'm a moderator of some forums too. Plus, I'm a techie guy and knows how to set-up and maintain a forum.

 

I have hired four people, but only two have followed through with sending me their information and posting. One member was/is great to work with.

I hope to keep him posting making money and I am still looking for three or four more people to add to the rotation.

If you have read the first post and interested in making some money while helping our site let me know via PM.

The first guy that has been helping us just left an iTrade for us. We look forward to hearing from you guys and gals in PM and getting you signed up to help out.
