Hi I am pretty new to this whole thing , I tried making my own site and didn't do so well. Recently while browsing the forum I found a site that I thought was incredible. I am wanting to hire someone to do something like that or similar to me without breaking and copyright laws. I am sorry as I do not have a template in mind. I tried contacting the owner but he was banned , this will be my first "big' website besides me playing around with smf, and cheap things. i already have my own home server setup and have boughten my own vbulletin license This will be a direct download site and online manga reader site, I am willing to do whatever is necesarry to help on the coders site. I enjoyed the above, because it had a login with a very fun atmosphere as well as a "whats new' at top as well as flashy donation box. As far as pricing, since this is my first ever doing anything like this I would like to get price quotes because I am sure many of you are more adequate at knowing what kind of job like this is worth and do not wish to offend. The above was for sale in a photoshop format for 50 dollars and I really wish I could of boughten rights from the seller. If i find a template for the coder to work off of I like that has the same feel as the above I would be more than happy to purchase for the coder.
