Want to hire someone for print media jobs

I need a free lance or some company to help a business which is into agriculture (plant protection) business, and need to advertise products and promote company throughout the magazines.

They need some huge banners too, as they need to send it across their dealers/distributors.

They can get the flex printing done, all we need is a person who can really work and give them an awesome design whenever they want.
