I need a fast PHP programmer who could make up for me simple script (web) + design in Clean and Stunning web2.0 style! What I would need is basicly a registration system and referral system for the following, there would be a simple site ( what will be used for pre-launch) where User can get a free mp3 player If he just registers at that site and refer another 50peoples to join under his referral link, so basicly a simple registration form; referral system; user profile where he can see his ref link and how much he have referred ( also the user counts as referral only if he is from US or UK or Canada ) and an e-mailing system in admin panel where I can send out broadcast via e-mail to all registered members from the same script! And For all that there will be needed also a First Page landing page with sexy design + member area design+ 2banners to be made. I have budget of $75 for this! So if you can do this and in no more then 2-3days Give me a message!
So you basically want someone to design a custom website design from scratch, code it, code a custom registration and referral system and also make you 2 banners? $75 is way way to low.
Im not a coder but i think your budget is far to low for some of the work i have had done in the past. Why not try to do certain bits that are easier, such as the design, and maybe a registration script? Although i dont think you could get the rest of the script done for $75 anyway. I think your budget needs to be doubled for what your after atleast.
Plz dont think like this way ! Its not a small job. budget is too Much Low , Increase your budget >>> $200 or more for better service.
