    I am looking to hire a permanent link builder.

    I am paying a maximum of $2.00 per link.

    I have the following conditions...

    1. Links must have a minimum PR of 2
    2. Sites must be active, in use and not sub-directory domains
    3. Links must not be from social bookmarking or directories
    4. Links must be relevant.

    If you can do this, PM me your details and some examples.

    Payment will be made via Paypal after each link has been completed and verified.
