must be good at english must be able to explain legal issues back to the customer in easy terms must be motivated to make a sale work is on a comission basis - $0 for a chat that does not result in a sale $10 for a chat that ends in a sale even if the chat is not for a sale (e.g customer wants to know when their order will be delivered - you must continue to answer the call politely and helpfully, and resolve the issue - the idea is that you will make good money overall, even though you dont get paid for each chat), If interested add me MSN:
This isnt really that good of a deal if you think about it, its not likely that anyone that takes this job will be able to convince people to buy from you. In other words you get free labor. Good luck anyways though!
hows that not a good deal? the live support is only shown on pre-sale pages, so unlikely that you will get post-sales calls
I agree with ryandanielt, thought it is a good thing for you seeing that the operator will work hard to earn ten bucks. But not always a good thing for them because not every chat results in a sale =\
Maybe if you were to offer some other kind of incentive so the operator is making money sale or no sale, perhaps if you pay maybe $0.25 for every unsuccessful sale and $10 for every successful sale. This might get some more attention for you. Just some friendly advice!
