    We're Hiring
In need of ongoing work backed by a 'No-Compete' agreement / NDA, with a view to permanent employment or ongoing contract arrangement after a trial depending on the quality and speed of the work produced.

The skill set we need in a team (or a rare individual) is:

    1. Back-end work and experience :
1.1. experience with modifying .htaccess and especially experience with mod_rewrite for SEO optimization of new and existing scripts (including rule changes for multiple scripts)

1.2. You should have experience with any MVC framework (cakePHP, Code Igniter, Symphony)

1.3. php should be more than simply conversant - and very familiar with with OOP (which ties in with point 2 above)

1.4. MySQL knowledge and integration with external scripts will be given top priority over other bids

1.5. Ability to communicate needs to a front-end designer

1.5. AJAX Experience especially for file uploading and form creation such as that discussed here:
    http://today.java.net/pub/a/today/2006/02/09/file-uploads-with-ajax-and-jsf.html

    2. Front-End work and integration
2.1. xHTML & CSS fluency is essential for the front end work

2.2. ability to create both fixed a fluid payouts from supplied artwork in PSD format

2.3. Experience with producing templates for various CMS platforms such as e107, Joomla, Pligg and especially Wordpress (or ability and willingness to self-teach)

2.4. Ability to communicate with back-end programmers (so possibly passing experience with coding may help, or at least experience working with back-end coders/programmers)

2.5. All work produced must validate and be tested in multiple browser platforms.

    Contacting me:
Please PM me with 5 points:
    1. Your availability in hours per week.
    2. Your rate/hour in US, AUD or Euro
    3. Your timezone (GMT +/- hours)
    4. Current URLs to examples of your work that can be corroborated by the site owner(s)
    5. Finally, your price and time quote to deliver the following:
(this will serve as your first mini-project)

We need a portable and easily editable php based form to be able to accept payments easily and take client details.

An Admin control panel is obviously preferred, but I will accept very clearly commented php code.

    The form needs to:
    1. take customer details,
    2. have each text box as either required or optional
    3. have a choice of drop down pricing or manual amount entry for payment/invoice processing.
    4. Payment processing via Eway, Paypal and Paymate gateways
    5. upload file using the AJAX example above.
Associating an invoice number to the transaction if payment is used.
    6. Ability to enter an invoice number from a database and populate the amount owing for bill paying and taking this through gateway processing above.
    7. Allow for choice of communication storage in a database and/or send a confirmation email to the client and website owner.
    edit
    8. Front-end of the supplied form should be tableless CSS and xHTML - images to be used as a default or template logo, etc. will be provided unless you have allowable stock you wish to supply.
    end edit

P.S. A quick note on "speed" - Sometimes this is viewed as one of those cliche, 'I want everything yesterday,' requests. "Speed" to me is that you can of course deliver in a reasonable time, but most importantly that you can produce to a quoted date or before.

i.e. if you say "two days" for a script alteration, you will deliver on or before that time-frame.

    It's always better to under-promise and over-deliver

    Thanks for reading

Wow, this is the second forum I've posted this in and no replies. Is there anything I should include in the request, or change about it?
